Pricing Structure 

First mover investor:

You retain 80% of the SaaS profit ( Have to pay minimum $ 3000 per month ) and get the territory alone , and you will have a seat in the board of directors, furthermore do you retain 80% in each expansion you do and you can expand to the first next territory for ( $ 2000) and afterwards it is again 80% (though minimum $ 1000) per territory. ( You can only become first mover if you are among the first 3 partners on the product, and offcause you do not chose the same territory as another first mover investor. )

Exclusive partner for a territory:

You retain 70% of the territory (minimum $ 2000 per month) and a place in the board, as long as the board is below 8 people, you can only become exclusive partner 

None exclusive partner for a territory:

You retain 60% of the territory (minimum $ 1 000 per month) you can upgrade to exclusive partner, if no other partnership is in the territory. 

Expansion Support: Partners can expand to new products for an additional $2,000 per month per product, with first mover advantages in product offerings.

Additional Services: We offer BPO services, allowing partners to hire their own developers at an additional cost of $15 per hour, ensuring total transparency in operations.
